This privacy policy describes how DesiWake ("the app", "we", "our") handles information when you use it. DesiWake is published by Crivid AS, registered in Norway.
Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
When the app crashes, an automatic report is sent. This includes the line of code where the crash happened, device model and Android version, app version, and a randomly generated installation ID — not linked to your name, email, phone number, or Google account.
Usage analytics (Firebase Analytics)
The app sends anonymous usage events: app opened, new session started, which screen is shown, and a country code derived from your IP address by Firebase. Firebase Analytics may also use your device's advertising ID. We do not collect alarm contents, track choices, alarm times, snooze frequency, or anything that identifies you personally.
In-app purchases
DesiWake offers an optional one-time DesiWake Pro purchase. The purchase is processed by Google Play. RevenueCat verifies your purchase status across reinstalls and receives only your anonymous app user ID, the product token issued by Google Play, and the country your Play account is in. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details.

Advertising
Future versions of DesiWake may show advertisements in the free version, served by Google AdMob. Where ads are shown, AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to limit repeated ads and measure performance. Ads are never shown on the alarm, pre-alarm, or dismiss screens. Purchasing DesiWake Pro removes advertising. This policy will be updated with the AdMob disclosure before any ad-supported version is released.

The app requests: Notifications, Schedule exact alarm, Full-screen notifications, Vibration, Foreground service (media playback and alarms), Boot completed, Wake lock, Modify audio settings, Internet (used only by Firebase, RevenueCat, and — where applicable — advertising), and Billing (required to offer the optional DesiWake Pro purchase).
We do not request: Microphone, Camera, Contacts, Location, or Phone state.
Your alarms, track choices, and settings are stored only on your device. Diagnostic data is stored on Firebase servers operated by Google LLC. Crashlytics reports are retained for 90 days. Analytics events are retained for up to 14 months, then aggregated and anonymised. RevenueCat data is retained for as long as your purchase is valid.
DesiWake is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data that could identify a child.
If you are in the EEA, you have the right to request a copy of data we hold, request deletion, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with your local authority (Norway: Datatilsynet).
Crashlytics can be disabled by turning off "Send usage and diagnostic data" in your device settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android's privacy settings. Purchase verification only runs if you choose to buy DesiWake Pro. The alarms and all music work fully offline — no internet connection is required to wake up.
